If you could go back and give your 25-year-old self ONE piece of health advice… what would it be?

I’d say this:

“Focus less on looking strong and more on being strong — from the inside out.”

At 53, I’m still building, but it’s smarter, cleaner, and deeper now. How about you?

Strength vs. flexibility — which one are you missing?

For years, I thought I was strong.

Just focusing on lifting heavy, with a strict,

robotic form, rep after rep.


I was not really moving through a full range of motion,

which made some of my muscles, like my hamstrings,

tight as hell.

What’s keeping you fired up right now?

It could be a goal. A new challenge. A big WHY.


For me? I’m on a mission to live like a warrior monk,

strong body, sharp mind, kind heart. Each workout.

Each meal. Each conversation. It’s all part of that fire.
