We reserve the right to update our content, offerings, schedule, and policies at any time.

2. Health, Fitness & Nutrition Disclaimer
Bro Pro Thrive provides education and general guidance only.
We are not licensed medical professionals, and we do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.

All content — including videos, training plans, nutritional guidance, and articles — is for informational and educational purposes only.

Before beginning:

• A new exercise program

• A change in diet

• Any fitness, mobility, or lifestyle practice you should consult your doctor, physician, or qualified healthcare provider.

By participating in Bro Pro Thrive programs, you acknowledge that:

• Exercise carries inherent risks

• Results vary for each individual

• You are responsible for listening to your body, modifying exercises, and progressing safely

If you experience any discomfort, dizziness, shortness of breath, or pain at any time, stop immediately and contact a medical professional.

3. Coaching Consent & Liability Waiver
By joining any Bro Pro Thrive coaching program (online or in-person), you agree to the following:

Personal Responsibility
You understand that:

• You are voluntarily participating

• You are physically and mentally capable of participating

• You will follow instructions to the best of your ability

Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that:

• Exercise, mobility training, and lifestyle changes involve risks

• These risks include but are not limited to: injury, aggravation of existing conditions, joint strain, cardiovascular events, or muscle soreness

• You assume full responsibility for your participation

Release of Liability
You agree that Bro Pro Thrive, its owner Jim O’Quinn, and any associated coaches or partners:

• Are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation

• Are not responsible for your decisions regarding exercise, food choices, or health practices

• Are not responsible for injuries occurring in your home, gym, or any training location

No Guarantees
While we provide structured and effective programs, Bro Pro Thrive cannot guarantee:

• Specific physical results

• Weight loss

• Muscle gain

• Fat loss

• Health improvements

Your results depend on your continued effort, consistency, sleep, stress, nutrition, and personal health history.

4. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
Payments
All program payments are handled securely via Wix or Stripe.

Refunds
Because all programs involve instant access to training plans, coaching structure, and proprietary tools, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations
Program cancellations stop future charges (if applicable) but do not qualify for refunds on completed or ongoing weeks.

Rescheduling (for in-person clients)
24-hour notice is required for session changes. Missed sessions are not refundable.

5. Use of Bro Pro Thrive Content
All content — videos, PDFs, training plans, images, logos, programs — is owned by Bro Pro Thrive.
You may not:

• Copy

• Distribute

• Resell

• Reproduce

• Share access with others without written permission.

6. Community & Conduct Guidelines
By participating in the Bro Pro Thrive Brotherhood or interacting with other members, you agree to:

• Be respectful

• Avoid harassment or discrimination

• Not share private or personal member information

• Not post harmful, offensive, or illegal content

We may remove any member who violates community guidelines — without refund.

7. Termination of Services
Bro Pro Thrive reserves the right to:

• Deny service

• Cancel coaching programs

• Remove users from the community at our discretion if policies are violated or behaviour is unsafe.

8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally.
Major updates will be posted on the website or emailed to active members.
