Strength vs. flexibility — which one are you missing?
For years, I thought I was strong.
Just focusing on lifting heavy, with a strict,
robotic form, rep after rep.
I was not really moving through a full range of motion,
which made some of my muscles, like my hamstrings,
It turns out that tight muscles are weak points.
So I’ve been rebuilding with mobility as the foundation.
