What’s Something You Do Now That the Old You Would’ve Laughed At?


Let’s have some fun and get real here.


What’s one healthy or positive habit you’ve picked up recently that

the “old you” would’ve totally laughed at, rolled your eyes at,

or called BS on?


For me, it’s sleeping with pyjamas on, the old me used to manage

to sleep with just my underroos on or not 😊, but when our first kid

was born, I had to change things up. The odd times I try to do that now,

it feels like crap and freaken freezing in the winter, how the hell I pulled

that off for all those years in the past, I have no idea ” 😂


So, what’s your “Old Me Wouldn’t Believe This” moment?
